M powersteering crankshaft pulley?

I have a char-lynn power steering setup minus the crank pulley, want to put on SMTA I just Bought. The only place I have found one is in Yesterdays Parts Section, $41.00. Is this the correct pulley and how is the quality of part? Has anyone used on of these? How is it held on? Does anyone know how much length needs to be cut off on front shaft to fit orbit motor and couplers? I don't know if this is a critical measurement or not, just want to make sure. Thanks.
