Electronic Ignition vs Points???? there is no comparison... if you use the tractor on a regular basis it is money well spent... I have the kit in a few of my tractors, both show and work... makes for a lot less headaches in starting, especially on damp days... ignition timing is much more stable. throttle response is improved... JMHO
