I guess I forgot all about that after I replied. I think if it were mine I would leave it just like it is. Afterall, when you go to a tractor show and look at Farmall Hs pretty soon you've seen them all and don't even notice the little differences, but if there is one sitting there with a big 'ol propane tank on it then it gets interesting again. Just because IH didn't build it that way doesn't mean it isn't correct. "Correct" is what worked for the farmer.
