Since there is a lot of talk lately about Farmall 806s, figured I"d ask a few questions. My next tractor will be an 806, hopefully in the next couple years. How economical would it be to use 6 row equipment (planter, cultivator, etc.), how bout 4 row equipment? How big of field cultivator, chisel plow? Right now I have a 14" IH tandem disk, and will be getting a 4-16 pull-type plow for my Oliver 1650, Would the 806 even notice these pieces of equip. were behind it? When I do get into major field work, I"m leaning toward min-till and/or ridge-till, how much would that affect the power requirements for the planter, cultivator, FC, or chisel plow?
