H Running Rich

Got my H running after the rebuild, head reworked , new paint etc. The tractor was converted to 12v before I got it , and I decided to leave it that way. It fired up on the second crank. It sounds good, good oil pressure but is running too rich. Adjusting the carb did not seem to help.The plugs from TSC are AC C83.I set the valve lash at .020 cold, and will readjust hot.Love to hear if you guys have any suggestions.I have gotten some good advice from this site.
