Short Bolt: One other item I forgot to mention. If your talking 6 cylinder gassers, they have been mony pits since the day they were new. Doesn't matter whether it be 706, 560, 460, 656 or 756.

I had 560 and 656 diesels and for the first 10,000 hours they were close to trouble free. Engines were 100% trouble free. With good maintainence the other IH diesels will be no different.
