"By Guess & By God" When I did my 300, I did get the engine at TDC, but I don't think it matters. Just be sure you note the position of the rotor when reassembling. When removing, it'll come off in a twist motion, when reassembly, position the twist the same way that it came off. If you are lucky, it'll run when you get'er back together.
