IH Collectors Assoc.?

Is there an IH collector's association with a newsmag to which I could subscribe?
I'm looking for parts for a 39 rollover plow and a B450 tractor and local dealers aren't able to help much. I guess I'm after NOS and obsolete parts that are just sitting on a shelf and aren't included in current inventories.
