What causes a bluish smoke when motor is hot, also

I have a 1066. When pulling a heavy load it has a little pop in the motor, not bad like a valve, but not smooth either. When it idles after hot it will smoke a bluish smoke for a while but will quit after a few minutes. I have replaced fuel pump and injectors. Intervance in old pump quit. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this?
