Not possible from the dealer NOW. Maybe in 1954, but not now... You have to go to the aftermarket and used parts dealers. I don't know if the W6 had a belly pump option like the M, but it might be a possibility because the frame and rear end castings were the same on the ones I've seen. What you're describing is the distributor-drive hydraulic option, or "live" hydraulics as it is popularly known. The pump bolts in between the front engine cover and the distributor. There's one problem with that, though... You need to have a newer tractor with heavy-duty timing gears and the right front engine cover for the pump to fit. 1951 Ms had the right gears and front cover, but I don't know if the W6s did...
