Weight wise I am not sure but I also live in town and I have 4 tractors but only 3 at the house. The neighbor hood kid get a kick out of seeing me riding around and they enjoy a ride or 2.
I would like to say a B with no wieghts on it should be around 2000lbs give or take a few.
