Joe: not that this will save you from fixing the brakes, but you might try buying a Farmall 300 parts tractor and doing a conversion. A lot of the Farmall power trains have the crap beat out of them, Yours should have a good power train. That is the main difference between Farmall and a Utility. Farmall had the tires for traction plus good balance for pulling the heavy load, Utility didn't, thus the power train lasted forever.
