300u jumpy clutch

I am a fairly new owner of a 300 utility and the clutch causes the tractor to jump if under a little load as you let the clutch out, seems to happen especially in reverse.
I welcome any cures, especially ones that do not involve much work. Since I got this thing, that is all I have done is work on it.
Thanks for reading this and any thoughts you might have.
