W.burrow I don't see how you can get the back one out, you have to drive the old ones out then line drive the new ones in. You do have to line drive the new bushings so they are straight. With the engine out off and the back plate off you can drive the back bushing out the back install new then put new soft plug behind back bushing to hold the oilleak. If you get the old bushing out you could drive new one to far and soft plug could leak. The other thing how would you make sure the new bushings are turned right for oil to get where it should.
