Consider putting an electric fan and thermostatic control on the tractor. The fan draws 1-3 horsepower (depending on engine speed) and this power is not used unless the unit is working hard. Heavy duty fan kits for trucks work well, and cost from 100 on up. Consider also running the fan on the front of the radiator rather than the rear. reverse flow of air makes cleaning easier, and can improve cooling.
