I think that you will find that it is going to take a lot of "retro engineering" to get this to work. There are usually braces/beams that give you the 12/14/16 inches offset between the lays. You would have to manufacture all of these to make this work. Then you would also be changing the center point on how the plow trails behind the tractor. In my opinion you would be way ahead to just by an 18" plow. Just my $0.02 worth.
