Pour transmission fluid into each cylinder and let it soak for a few days. With the plugs out just bump the starter to see if the engine moves. You need to be patient it just may be surface rust in the cylinders. It's a good idea to squirt engine oil into the cylinders whenever an engine is stored for any length of time and then crank the engine a few revolutions and either drain the fuel system or add a fuel stabilizer to stop that gummy buildup in the fuel system. Hal PS: The Cub engine has a history of losing their oil pressure. If you get it started watch your oil gauge.
