The rear end and axle housings definitely look W-9 thru I-650. The fenders could be either WR-9 etc, 600, or 650. The 600 and 650 were available with two point hitch. The 600's were all red while the 650's had white trim, including the drawbar (although the drawbar could be swapped). Other than the white paint the 600 & 650 were practically identical. The pto pump is definitely a add on. I don't know why it is there, he must have had need for high hydraulic capacity for something, possibly pulling two dirt wagons or something.. It could be a 600-650 hitch installed on a earlier "Rice Field Special" 9 but I discount this because every rice tractor I have ever seen was standard with and always equipped with Rice & Cane rear tires. I don't guarantee this information but I think it's right. Harold H
