i had problems with my h leaking all the time. i replaced the needle and seat, numerous adj ect. no good. turns out the top bowl gasket was deformed and the float would hang up on it. a little carving with a razor knife cured it. also check to see if the float is bent and rubbing on the bowl. you may have to bend it a little . my w-9 had that problem and didnt get enough fuel.
