806 front wheel assist

My Dad has an 806 on the farm that he would like to replace with something with a three point hitch. We are wondering what we should ask for this tractor. An 806 is not that rare but this one has the factory front wheel assist option. Over the years we have had a lot of lookers pop in off the highway to look at it. It has a cab, 540/1000 pto and is in good running shape. I'm guessing about 100 horsepower? A neighbour suggested starting here. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks
