like TDK said it`s on the opposite side of the distributor, also when you remove it you will have to reset your timing.Sometimes you can just remove the govenor housing without disturbing the gearing mechanisms. Bearings can be replaced and linkages can be checked for free movement from here. Also you will need a housing gasket when you put it back on.
