Your numbers are pretty good. My 656 gas hydro with a 4x16 semi mounted plow in Clay was over 7GPH.
On a baler it was 1.5 GPH more than a 460 gas on the same baler.
On heavy pull the lugging power or torque was less than the than the 460 in performance.
The 460 is still on the job, the 656 had to go.
