Hi Hugh, I change oil twice a year. I use it to push snow in the winter so I usually change the oil in late fall after hauling leaves and plowing
the garden. I did change it 3 times a year when I mowed with it, but I use a sefpropelled mower now. I also change it in the spring, it's still going strong after 34 years. Hal
