You should make or have a puller made like this to remove your damper pulley using a hydraulic jack or ram. To reinstall damper, place in an oven at 200 degrees. You need to inspect the hub on the damper where the oil seal contacts this surface. If there's a groove worn into the hub you need to get a speedi-sleeve from Chicago- Rawhide along with a new oil seal. This puller was designed for a Cub damper, but it can be modified for your B.
