Well I will tell you this I decided to fill up this morning due to the increases. And by chance I saw the owner of the Gas station I was going to elswhere this AM and I asked him if he jumped the dime over night like some of the others. And he said No we topped off yesterday all our tanks and wont be getting more untill Thursday then his price will be higher and he will have to increase the pump prices. So I follow him to his station and low and behold his prices were raised .11 cents overnight or this AM and he came over and apoligised to me for not knowing this. So If he bought gas yesterday at the lower price and does not get an increase in his price untill he gets more Gas thursday isnt that gouging or Fraud? JON
