Well here we go on the IT MIGHT BE this or that but any way you look at it the sheetmetal has to go the fuel tank has to go and the whole dash support has to come off then ya can get to the top cover and lift it off hope ya got a GOOD cherry picker Now as for the MIGHT BE's you could have broken a shifting fork or sheared the pin off it and don't panic as ya don't have to split the tractor to fix this ya may even had a screw come out because someone did not STAKE it correctly before and it came out and the rail moved .
