I dont believe there is a complete rebuild kit available. When I rebuilt mine I changed both seals and the bearing on the top side of the steering box along with a new gasket in between the upper and lower half. You want to check the backlash between the worm on the steering shaft and the worm wheel sector, if they are not that worn you should be OK. I got my steering play down to about an inch at the steering wheel.
