Price ranges of a W12

I have the chance to purchase a W12 tractor garage paint job on rubber, straight, complete and running .Would a fair price for this be in the range of 2600.00 to 3000.00 . Trying to decide if this is worth it ( I know they are hard to find). Mostly familar with the 1940's to 50 IH tractors.Thinking on buying to show with my SW4. Any input appreciated on this subject. Any faults I should look for on this model. Thanks
