The three bolt covers over the brake drums are likely factory original. The shafts that stick out on some tractors are as others said for sproket drives for fertilizer and planter attachments. These shafts are not part of the brake drums or the differential shafts. They are just bolted on to the brake drums and then another cover with a hole is put in place to accomodate the shaft. The right angle distributor is probably an aftermarket item.
