MagMan, They are definately H-M cultivator cylinders with the external return springs attached. They could be taken off of the cultivator arms as a package. There are (to my knowledge/memory) two types one with three tiebars on the cyl, and one with four. The four bar cyl. was larger in diameter (I think) the cylinders could be used for different IH implements, but the springs were used on the cultivators. Jim Nicholson
