Vineyard A?

Was the AV a separate model designation
with AV showing up on the hood decal and
serial number plate? Or was it an A with
factory options to make a V out of it? Or was it
put together at the dealer/owner level by
juggling with available parts? Anyway, should
an AV command a price higher than an A, all
other things being equal? If so, how much?
