Repairing PTO shaft

I recently purchased a 300u, and it leaks oil around the PTO shaft. The shaft is worn where the wiper seal goes.
Somewhere I read about a way to fix this with some type of sleeve. Can anyone tell me more about these, such as how they work, where you get them and an about what they cost.
