We own 2 1066 hydro's. One acted like your 966, slip when hot. It took a rebuild and a new center section housing, (inside trany). Ours was cracked and only leaked when oil got hot and thin. Cost $4,500 to 5,000, that was me taking the trany off of tractor and putting it bach together. Had a shop in Mich. do the work. What are you going to use the tractor for? Great loader or yard machine. Stay away of heavy field work. If you do get it and fix it up, change both filters every year and hytran every 3 or more if it gets alot of hours.
