One the early 140's, the Super A steering wheel was the same and a little smaller. Don't know for sure about a '69. You might have to pull yours and measure the bore. I have never seen an underslung exhaust on a 140, but the 240 Utility had one. You might get an exhaust elbow for one of those and have a pipe bent to fit.
