I bought a couple pair round spoke ofn E-bay (one set F-20 one set F-12)a month ago for $75 ea. Not many F-20s out there will bring $700 complete unless they are in really great shape with good tires. Now wheels for an F-30 or W-30 10-20 etc. That is a different story but still $700 is pretty high.
