Just today I had a pro come to the farm and switch out 2 tires and rims on my 300U. He left rims on tractor and he was done start to finish in less than 30 minutes. With just hand tools. One bead breaker(duckbilled hammer) and 2 three foot bars. He"s been doing it for 30 years and he takes one side of the tire off the rim before he breaks the bead on the inside. He says having the outside bead off helps pull the inside bead. GL
