Mark is correct about the location of the drain. If your tractor has power steering this location is also where the return line attaches. Unfortunately this will only drain the reservoir, not the pump or lines. I would loosen the lines where they attach to the pump to drain lines and pump. If the fliud is milky then I'd do it this way to get all of it as possible out so as not to contaminate the new fluid.
