Lewis: I kind of figured you were going to tell us that. Some dealers are like that, don't want to be bothered unless you are laying down thousands of dollars. Your not the first guy to tell us that either. I have been rather fortunate, lived in two locations in the past 10 years, and in both cases had CaseIH dealers quite fond of the old tractor parts business. The parts man I deal with currently, is himself a bit of an old tractor collector. He has a Farmall H and I was able to point him in the direction of a few items CaseIH no longer carry. The interesting part of this, is after moving here I could have gone to any one of 5 CaseIH dealers, all about equal distance from me. It was the old iron guys in the neighborhood who directed me on which one to pick. My advice is get acquainted with the old iron guys in your area. That CaseIH dealer that wants to be selective on his type of customer, aint going to be around long aynhow.
