The touch control rebuild kit is around $50 at the dealer. Good used pto parts are available at very reasonable cost. You may also be able to cure the pto issue by slotting the holes where the pto lever quadrant mounts and sliding it slightly to get the collar to engage a little further onto the shaft.
All in all, you should be able to fix everything for well under $200 and you can do it yourself. The big issue with the hydraulic unit is keeping everything clean as you re-assemble. Dirt is a killer.
