Dave, this is not a 3 pt, it is a vegetable H with the old tool bar attach.. Yes i have tried pushing the rod all the forward but have not tried pulling it back until the rpms go down. I will try this and post back. I dont think they have stops on the cylinders, will look. They ar the smaller diameter cyl.. I forgot to mention that I had to add oil to the system to get it to raise.
