Howard,
Talked to a buddy of mine in the piedmont of NC (central part) yesterday and he lost 15 acres to fire b/c of dry weather. Some high school kids desided to park in his hay field and set the field and their car on fire. Said they came up to his door about 10 wanting 911 and pointing to this field. Hated to loose that much hay but couldn't help but laugh. At least no one got hurt and the local fire dept. got some fire training.
