Did they build any 1206 with factory Front Wheel Assist ?

I have the chance to buy a 1206 with what looks like factory mechanical front wheel assist.It has 3pt.factory cab and rubber is about 30% all around. The tractor has 8000hrs. but runs great and drives excellent.The owner is asking $7500.The tractor has around 1000hrs on new engine,clutch,and T.A. I am not an International man as of yet,but what do experts think? Thanks
