I had a 94 Dodge Ram 1500. We bought it when it had 27,000 miles on it and I just sold about a month or so ago and it had somewhere around 128,000. We only did general odds and ends on it.. It was and still is a good truck. I pulled a camper, 20' flatbed with a tractor on it. But the tractor only weighted around 4,000 lbs or so. We now have a 2005 Dodge 2500 4x4 with the six speed and its a diesel. We pull a 22' 5th wheel trailer and you dont' even know its back there. I really like the new Dodge trucks and what they have to offer. We put both tractors on that trailer and pulls it good. I hate pulling heavy loads with a automatic and with a diesel but that alison transmission is hard to beat....
