Need help retiming my M?

I did a stupid one tonight. I was tinkering with my M, I was checking the points in the mag. Checked the gap to see what it was set at. Put the cover back on and decided to check the grease under the small cover that house the two small gears. I pulled it apart and as soon as I did I knew I was in trouble.

Can someone tell me how to retime it and what kind of grease to put on the gears? I really need to get a repair manual.

Any help appreciated.
