Hugh, yes the hitch is contstantly jumping up and down about an inch or two. Every so often it will quit and stay put when it wants to. I tried adjusting the linkage both ways, it would seem to stop it but when you raise the hitch up and down with the valve it starts jumping again. I have a manual for a tele depth control, but it show a cable and mine has a round rod, with a totaly different hookup.
