I've pulled the flywheel off my F-30 a few times and it is a job but not too bad. I used a flat piece a stock metal spanning across the mouth of the flywheel housing. I drilled 2 three-quarter inch holes in the mettal that would line with the holes that the pressure plate bolt to. I used all thread to screwthru the flat stock and into the flywheel.I think it took 5/8 all-thread. Put some nuts on the outside of your stock metal and slowly and evenly screw them down. She'll eventually comeout with the tapered pin. I'd give her a good soaking before you start. Ihope your doing this to get to the rear main seal. Also after you get the flywheel out , I'd pull the housing off and re-place that gasket there between the housing and block. My F-30 used to throw oil out between the flywheel housing and the block. It comes from the cam-shaft gasket going bad. Good luck. E-mail me if you still need help.
