55 Cub Low Boy

Hey Guys
Could someone tell me how to convert my Cub over to 12 volt.
I know I will need to change the lights to 12v put in a 12v Battery and a alternator or generator and change the coil to a 12v is there anything else I'll need to change?
Will I need to change the points condenser out? or will it work with 12v ?
I have heard something about having to add a resistor to the coil? or is this only if you keep the 6v coil? And finally could someone tell where to find a wiring diagram for a one wire alternator so I can get rid of the voltage regulator?
