I think there is a Joe's farmall parts in PA. I personally would contact Nebraska Cowman first, then Mike at SteelWheelRanch. Two of the nicest, most knowledgable guys you'll ever meet, and fair too. If one of them doesn't have what you need, I would be surprised.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
