Actually the condensation is at the top of the carb where it bolts to the manifold, I"ve never noticed it before. The tractor just had an engine overhaul this winter, and now it either runs great, or hardly at all, I"ve cleaned out the tank & always start my pre-flight inspection by looking at the sediment bowl. Yesterday, I took the magnito apart, put in new points, condencer, cap & rotor,& new plugs. Then I timed it, and found it has a good strong spark. All that helped out, but still runs a little rough at idle, & when under power. About all I can do is take the carb apart look at float level & jets. I had this happen a few years ago, and found a mud dobber nest in the air intake tube below the pre-cleaner, but it"s all clear this time.
