Drawbar

I just purchased a old farm and was cleaning up some stuff and found a drawbar, The Draw bar has some brackets attached that I don't understand what they were used for. On the brackets are two rather large ball hitches on either side. My best guess is for a two row corn picker. Other bracket look like some type of stablizer bar. Looks like a drawbar from a H or M. But have never seen the brakets before. Thanks for the help.
